Our new e-Card system is for use within our client’s businesses – allowing them to both engage employees as well as further involvement from leadership to individuals, on a more personal level. Our goal is to help bring the company culture into the engagement process and allow anyone in the organization to reach out to engage employees.
The e-Card system features a password protected interface, allowing authorized company users the ability to send thank you, birthday greetings, onboarding messages, holiday greetings and service recognitions – all designed to seamlessly integrate into the current offerings from Eagle Recognition. We made this a business use e-Card system – allowing for onboarding of new employees, off year longevity recognition, birthday salutations, thank you messages, and even to cover areas like benevolence, in case you need to send those out, as well. The system works as a tool for HR professionals to be able to recognize each anniversary, each important announcement, each birthday, birth of a child or holiday – with each employee – without incurring added costs.
The interfaces are based on Windows applications users are already familiar with, lowering the learning curve and making this an easy tool for anyone to master and use. As an added bonus, users can upload contact information, set up delayed or current sending status and also send to individuals or to groups. Users can import information and structure future sends of information, as well as send to groups of people instead of just sending to individuals.
Going beyond the typical e-Card programs, cards are branded with the sending company’s logo – each time something is sent. Because the system and cards include the company’s visual branding message, the correspondence can be sent internally to raise awareness of company culture – or externally to properly identify the sender. Anytime an e-Card is sent, it includes that company’s logo. We want our client’s companies to be recognized as well as receive the person’s name and contact information. With most e-Card products, you can say who you are, and who you are with, but not add the branding we provide on each card. This increases both internal and external company culture and brand awareness.
If you’re worried about the messages being Hallmark-ish, and typical of e-Card sites, fear not. Eagle Recognition has devoted a great deal of attention to the wording on the cards, as well as the development process.
