Eagle Recognition to Merge Operations with C.A. Short
Tucker, GA — October 23, 2017 — Acting in the interest of furthering the services and program offerings we can provide for our customers, Eagle Recognition has entered into an agreement to merge with C.A. Short Company, another leader in the space of employee recognition and engagement.
Jeff Ross, President and CFO of C.A. Short Company, headquartered in Shelby, NC, will become the CEO of C.A. Short Company, while Randy Nobles, President and CEO of Eagle Recognition, will become President of C.A. Short Company.

As the blending of the companies occurs, Eagle will be in touch with each customer and partner, making sure all transition is both transparent and smooth, as well as sharing news of what the merger brings in terms of new technology, new potentials and new successes for each of our customer’s recognition and engagement programs and platforms. Eagle’s Sales and Customer Service support will continue as it is today, as will most of the operations. Our number one goal is for this transition to be seamless to our valued customers.
The acquisition of Eagle Recognition by C.A. Short Company will create an expanded solution base, bringing additional opportunities to deliver employee engagement, recognition strategies and technology to the marketplace. C.A. Short Company, when combined with Eagle, will provide services to more than 3,000 clients; the synergies between the two companies will enhance all areas of the business including sales, marketing, technology, product development, and operations.

The acquisition is scheduled to be effective as early as November 1, 2017, with undisclosed terms.
